Biography:
Sergey Demkin, MD, PhD, completed his PhD at the age of 31 from Samara State Medical University. He is a senior lecturer and director at Volgograd State Medical University; his clinical and organizational background is in orthopedic trauma surgery and healthcare management. He is a project manager for developing a methodology of medical position profiling and a comprehensive personalized adaptation program for young doctors in specific positions. He has published more than 15 papers in reputable journals. Additionally, he is the author and developer of an educational program for the professional training of mentors in healthcare, the creator of the educational program "Onboarding of a Physician in a Medical Organization," and a co-author of the trainee workbook for the mentorship cycle.
