Biography:
Farzana in the final year of PhD studies at the School of Medicine and Dentistry, Griffith University, Australia, focusing on the impact of heat on the health of ready-made garment workers in Bangladesh. She has published more than 20 papers in reputed journals. She received internationals grants on heat impact on workers health and productivity. She is the ambassador of Australia Awards and completed MPH from Flinders University, Australia. She also received the Australian Leadership Award and completed a Fellowship on Climate Change and Health Adaptation. She is an Assistant Scientist at icddr,b, focusing on environmental health and WASH interventions.
