Bindu Joshi is a clinical psychologist, psychotherapist, author, and addiction prevention researcher with over eight years of experience in psychological counseling, emotional well-being, addiction prevention, and community mental health. She serves as the president of Pehchan Women Welfare Society, where she leads community-based initiatives focused on mental health promotion, substance abuse prevention, parental guidance, school mental health, women's empowerment, and psychosocial support. Her work emphasizes preventive, evidence-based strategies that strengthen emotional resilience and improve public health outcomes.
An associate member of the American Psychological Association (APA), Ms. Joshi is the founder of the MANSA – Ek Sankalp (Mothers Against Narcotic and Substance Abuse) campaign, an initiative dedicated to preventing addiction through emotional knowledge and community engagement. She is also the author of The Silent Struggle: Effects of Misophonia and The Whispers of Pain: Echoes of Hope.
