Biography:
I am a molecular oncology master's student in biotechnology at Cairo University and work as R&D specialist at pharmaceutical company
I graduated in 2022 from the Biotechnology Department, Faculty of Science at Cairo University, with an excellent grade with honors. Over the past two years, I have gained hands-on experience as a research assistant in the Biotechnology Department. My work has spanned diverse fields, including oncology, microbiology, molecular biology, neurology, and cytogenetics. I have led and contributed to several impactful projects, earning first place in a national SOLE competition for one of my research projects. Additionally, I had the privilege of participating in the international iGEM competition in Paris, where I won a silver medal for a project focused on Alzheimer's disease treatment. I was also recognized among the top 40 participants in the NyBerMan internship competition, out of over 200 applicants, earning a valuable internship opportunity. Moreover, I secured first place in the eighth season of the National Biotechnology Competition (Science Operation Leadership in Egypt).
