Biography:
Sergey Demkin completed his PhD at the age of 31 from Samara State Medical University. He is the senior lecturer and director at Volgograd State Medical University, as well as a project manager for developing a methodology for a comprehensive personalized adaptation program for young doctors in their new workplace for specific positions. He has published more than 20 papers in reputable journals. Additionally, he is the author and developer of an educational program for the professional training of mentors in healthcare, as well as the creator of the educational program "Onboarding of a Physician in a Medical Organization".
